Trouble Shooting
In many cases the reason for occurring problems is that resources have been switched to more urgent challenges. Either the project has been rated with the wrong priority or it hasn’t been treated with the needed urgency, in both cases you normally will not have the necessary recourses to recover the lost ground or your employees are too preoccupied to find a sustained solution.

Tool management
If it is about tool makers you usually have 2 choices:
- Bigger companies with structures and well proven processes that are able to deliver the tools in time without any support from your side. Unfortunately, these companies are usually well booked, they will not be able to quote with short delivery times and normally they are quite expensive.
- Small tool makers, that offer good craftsmanship for a reasonable price and at first glance: short delivery times.
This sounds too good to be true and in fact: most of the times it is. Due to missing documentation, not clearly defined processes and sometimes not even a clear project plan they end up with overdue deliveries due to:- missing capacity planning
- long delivery times of standard parts which haven’t been ordered in time
- mistakes in machining that haven’t been detected due to missing quality checks

During that phase we will keep you updated with regular reports. Furthermore, we are offering our external project management services to smaller companies so that they can grow their business and give their customers the confidence and satisfaction they deserve without hiring a full-time project manager.
Supplier Management
If you are having issues with one of your suppliers, we are offering the possibility to send a resident manager to the plant, who will, depending on your request, either start managing your supplier or just observe the production and report directly to you.
